A power wheelchair supports longer journeys and outdoor sightseeing in Berlin without needing to propel the chair with your arms. Hotel doorways, lifts and a suitable parking and charging space also matter when choosing a chair.
What we check with you before confirmation
Tell us about your seating needs, expected routes and accommodation access. Actual battery range varies with the model, terrain, load and use; we agree the relevant details before confirming your request.
Price, delivery and collection
Delivery and later collection within Berlin: one combined fee of €149. Self-collection and returning the equipment yourself are free by appointment.
Rent for 10 days or longer and receive 15% off the rental charge. The transport fee is not discounted. Both the first and last rental day count. Prices include applicable taxes.
For hotel delivery, we leave your booked equipment at the hotel on the evening before arrival and coordinate handover with the hotel. For short-notice bookings, we agree the timing personally. Collection from reception or delivery to your room depends on the hotel service and arrangements.
How to request your rental
- Choose your equipment and rental dates, then select hotel delivery or free self-collection.
- Enter your contact details and delivery address where needed. Add any specific requirements to your request.
- We check availability and send a personal offer with the full price and handover details. Payment follows the agreed confirmation process.
Frequently asked questions
How can I pay?
After your request is accepted, you can pay by PayPal or bank transfer as shown in your offer. Bank transfer details include the account holder, IBAN and payment reference. Cash payment is available for self-collection.
Which exact model will I receive?
We agree the exact model and important dimensions, weight capacity and battery range where relevant before confirmation. Please mention your transport, seating and access requirements when requesting your rental.
What if I need a different type of equipment?
Select the special-request option and describe what you need, for example a bariatric or sports wheelchair. We check availability and prepare an individual offer.
