Right of withdrawal for consumers

You may withdraw from this distance rental contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason. Notify Mobility Berlin, Ahmad Moussa, Lynarstraße 2, 13353 Berlin, Germany, service@mobility-berlin.com, +49 174 7263913, of your clear decision by, for example, letter or email. You may use the model form, but this is not required. Sending your notice before the deadline is sufficient.

Effects of withdrawal

We reimburse payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal. Extra costs for a more expensive delivery option you chose are excluded. We use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, and no reimbursement fee applies. If you expressly requested services to start during the withdrawal period, a proportionate amount for services already provided in relation to the full agreed service may be due where the legal requirements are met. We will arrange the return of any rental equipment already handed over. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
