Rental terms
1. Rental provider
The provider is Ahmad Moussa, sole trader trading as Mobility Berlin, Lynarstraße 2, 13353 Berlin, Germany. These terms cover equipment rental and agreed delivery and collection. Individual arrangements in your offer take priority.
2. Request and contract
Submitting the form is a non-binding request. An automatic receipt is not a booking confirmation. Images illustrate categories; we confirm the actual model, features, suitability and availability personally. We then send an offer stating the equipment, dates, handover arrangements, full price and payment terms. A contract is formed only when you expressly accept this offer, for example by email or through its enabled PayPal checkout. Selecting dates alone does not reserve equipment.
3. Dates and prices
Both first and last rental days count. Power wheelchairs, folding power wheelchairs, scooters and patient lifts cost EUR 29 per day; manual wheelchairs, rollators with seat, shower/commode chairs and bath lifts cost EUR 19. Rentals of at least ten days receive 15% off the rental charge only. Prices include applicable taxes. Delivery and later collection within Berlin together cost EUR 129. Self-collection and return by appointment are free. Destinations outside Berlin or additional services require a separate offer before acceptance. No deposit is charged.
4. Payment and invoice
Payment is requested only after availability has been checked and an offer issued. PayPal or bank transfer may be agreed in that offer, which also sets the due date. There is no additional PayPal surcharge. Mobility Berlin issues your invoice; provide a complete billing address and company name when applicable. Contract documents are provided in text form. You may print or save these terms.
5. Delivery and return
Handover and collection take place at the agreed time and location. Supply an accessible phone number, complete destination and the hotel reservation name when applicable. Reception handover is arranged with you and the hotel. Tell us about steps, access restrictions and lift availability. We explain the supplied equipment on handover. Return it with all accessories at the end of the agreed rental or have it ready for collection.
6. Use and assistance
Use equipment according to its intended purpose, our handover instructions and the manufacturer’s limits. Report faults, damage or safety problems immediately on +49 174 7263913 and stop using unsafe equipment. Do not modify it yourself. Extensions require advance agreement and availability. Statutory remedies for defects remain unaffected.
7. Changes and liability
Non-binding requests may be withdrawn free of charge. After a contract is formed, statutory withdrawal rights and any individually agreed cancellation arrangements apply. These terms impose no flat cancellation fees. Normal wear from proper use is not charged. Liability for damage and other claims is governed by law; liability for personal injury and other mandatory rights is not restricted.
8. Your rights
Withdrawal information and the online withdrawal function are linked below. Requesting short-notice delivery does not itself remove statutory rights. See the privacy notice for data processing. Contact service@mobility-berlin.com for complaints. We are neither willing nor required to participate in proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
